Processing Policy

All items are made to order and some items ship separtely. Our current processing time is up to 10 business days (not calendar days). Orders are not shipped or processed on holidays. During the holidays, processing and shipping may take longer.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is within 3-7 days after processing. You will receive an email when your order ships. Processing times are an estimate and not a guarantee. The delivery date will update once carrier has scanned your order in their system.

Refund Policy

All items are made to order and are non-refundable. Refunds are not processed for ordering the wrong size or buyer's remorse. Please check size chart for accurate sizing when placing your order. All sales are final and orders will not be cancelled.

Exception If you receive a damanged or defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size at no additonal cost. To be eligible for a damaged or defective item exchange, the item must be unused and in the same conditon that you received it and sent back to Black Hebrew within 7 days from delivery. Please email hello@shopblackhebrew.com for assistance with returns.
